If a product needs to be returned, please open a ticket with the following information.
- Product details
- Serial Number (if available)
- MAC Address (if available)
- Asset Tag (if renting)
- Reason for the return
The Serial Number, Mac Address, and Asset Tag can be found on the back of the phone or device. Alternatively, you can take a picture of the back of the phone or device and include that in the ticket.
Once CCSi Communications has received the above information, an RMA Request Form will be created and sent back to you via the open ticket.
Please include a copy of the RMA Request Form in the box with the returned item. CCSi Communications will not accept any item returned without a completed form.
Depending on the reason for the return, CCSi Communications may wait until the item is returned before shipping out a replacement, if applicable. Please provide the tracking information associated with the shipment via the ticket to expedite the process.
