Voicemail Set Up

Specific to Yealink T41, T42, T43, T46, T48 

Don’t forget to change your voicemail password for security purposes!

1. Press the 'message' icon  on your phone.

2. Enter your extension number as the default password followed by #.

3. Listen to the instructions and select 'Advanced Options.'

4. Select 'Record Greeting.'

5. Listen to save your greeting when completed.

6. Follow instructions depending on the phone model you have to change your password for security purposes. 

To change your voicemail password (aka 'voicemail code'):

1. Go to Menu > Message > Voice Mail > Set Voice Mail Code or press the Message button (  ) on the phone.
2. Enter the voicemail code in the desired account field.
3. Select Save.

If you forget your voicemail password, please submit a ticket to CCSi Communications to reset.
