Remotely Access Voicemail

Modified on Thu, 31 Oct, 2024 at 10:53 AM

Follow steps to remotely access voicemail:

    1.    Use the dedicated DID [number] assigned for remotely accessing the voicemail.

    2.    Once answered, enter mailbox number (your extension number) followed by #.  Example: '301#'

    3.    Enter your voicemail password/PIN number followed by #. Example: '1234#'

From this point all functions are the same as if you were using your phone in the office.

VM to email (recommended):

Any received VM will be transcribed and attached as an audio file to the user’s designated email address.  Voicemails will still have to be manually deleted one at a time from office phone.

Note: Please let us know if you would like either of these features added to your phonesystem.
