Note: most of our systems with Auto Attendants setup will have an associated "General Mailbox" that callers may leave a message in, after hours or whenever there is no where else to send a call. This mailbox needs to be checked on a regular basis as there is a 100 message limit, once the mailbox is full callers will receive a Mailbox is full error message and the call will terminate.
