There are four different ways to record a custom message (e.g. business hours, holidays, or custom auto-attendant messages) depending on your needs and requirements:
1) Dial 7599 and record your voicemail message after the tone. When done, notify the CCSi team which system message was recorded. CCSi will load that message into your phone system for you.
2) For a high-quality recording, please download the Audacity app from https://www.audacityteam.org/ . Record your message and email the created file to support@ccsicomm.com
Please mention which system message you would like your recording to be applied.
3) If you do not want to do the recording yourself, email a script of what you would like the outgoing system message to be. CCSi will happily submit the recording for you and install it in your phone system.
4) If you prefer to have a professionally recorded message, submit your script and we will work with you to tailor your recording(s) to your specific business needs and voice requirements.
