When callers are receiving this message "your voicemail box is full" (Note: the limit is 100 messages), you need to take action to clear out your stored messages.
Note: This can occur on both personal extension voicemail boxes, as well as on your business's General Delivery voicemail box, if you have one.
To correct this issue, you need to log in to your voicemail box and/or your General Delivery voicemail box and delete as many as possible, or all. Then your voicemail will function as expected.
