Submitting a LOA for Porting Numbers to CCSi VoIP

Modified on Mon, 5 Jan at 6:23 PM

To onboard onto CCSi VoIP, a LOA (Letter of Agency, or Letter of Authorization) will need to be signed to port the business numbers from your previous carrier over to CCSi VoIP.

Please note: All information must be entered exactly as shown on the customer service record of the current carrier.

The person signing the LOA must be a person with the authority to make changes to the bill with the existing provider. If signed by a person without authority, the LOA will be rejected.

Additionally, you will need to provide a copy of your latest bill or invoice from your existing carrier/provider. This bill should be within 30 days of the invoice date. This needs to be submitted to CCSi Communications along with the completed LOA form.

Please provide a list of the numbers (DIDs) you would like to port and send to support@ccsicomm.com. CCSi will then prepare the LOA for you to sign.
