How to Connect Your Phone to the Hikvision NVR This guide walks you through creating a Hik-Connect account, installing the mobile app, and adding the Hikvision NVR by scanning the QR code located on the NVR in the kitchen. WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) • Internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) • Access to the Hikvision NVR (kitchen) • Your email address and a password STEP 1: Download the Hik-Connect App 1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store 2. Search for “Hik-Connect” 3. Download and install the app STEP 2: Create Your Hik-Connect Account 1. Open the Hik-Connect app 2. Tap Register / Sign Up 3. Choose Email Registration 4. Enter your email and create a password 5. Verify your email 6. Log in using your email and password STEP 3: Go to the NVR (Kitchen) 1. Go to the Hikvision NVR located in the kitchen 2. Right-click on the screen 3. Go to Menu → Settings 4. Select Network → Platform Access STEP 4: Display the QR Code 1.
