How to get the IP & MAC Address of your Phone

Yealink Phones

1. While the phone is powered up, press the center OK button on your phone.
2. Look for the entry 'IPv4': xxx.xxx.x.x . The number shown on the screen next to the IPv4 is the IP address of the phone.
3. On the same screen, look for the entry 'MAC': xx : xx : xx : xx : xx.  This is your MAC address for the phone.

Polycom Phones

To Find IP Address:

While the phone is on, press Menu > Status > Platform > Phone.

To Find MAC Address:

While the phone is on, press Menu > Status > Network > Ethernet.
